Pricing, What’s Included & Optional Add‑On Services
Part 1 – Pricing & Fees
Monthly Subscription
The standard price of your ongoing access is **$39 per month**.
For a limited time, new members can get the subscription for **$29 per month for the first 6 months**, after which it automatically continues at the regular price of $39 per month.
There is **no lock-in and no long-term contract**. You can cancel at any time on a monthly basis. If you cancel, you will not be billed for future months.
This monthly subscription gives you ongoing access to:

- Plan updates and refinements over time
- Asynchronous guidance and support
- Access to your AI assistant and core digital tools
Prices are in USD. Taxes, if applicable, may be added at checkout.
Lab Result Imputation (Optional Service)
When clients upload their lab reports (for example, PDFs or high-quality images from their doctor or testing service), we can manually enter and organize these results into the system so they can be used in their personalized analysis.
This manual data entry service is billed at **$2 per page of lab results**.
This fee is **charged separately** after the lab documents are received and the exact number of pages is confirmed. This fee only applies when clients choose to have existing or extensive lab reports manually imputed, and does not change the base subscription price.
If you’re unsure how many pages your lab reports include, we’ll review your documents first and let you know the page count before any lab imputation fees are applied.
Part 2 – What’s Included In Your Monthly Subscription
Your monthly membership is designed to give you ongoing, data-informed support without long-term commitments.

Family Planning (Carrier Status) Reports
A carrier status study analyzes a person’s genetic makeup to see whether they carry genetic variants (mutations) associated with certain inherited conditions. The person may not have symptoms themselves, but can still pass these variants on to their children, which could lead to the condition appearing in the next generation. These reports are especially useful for family planning and for understanding potential genetic risks.
What do the Carrier Status reports provide?
- Carrier status: Indicates whether someone is a carrier for certain inherited conditions, meaning they have a mutation in one copy of a gene.
- Condition details: Summaries of each relevant condition, including how it is inherited and typical features.
- Genetic variants: Key genetic variants that affect the person’s carrier status result.

These reports are for education and awareness, and clients should work with qualified healthcare professionals and genetic counselors to interpret results and make medical or reproductive decisions.
Lab Test Recommendations & Lab Referrals
Based on a client’s DNA, history, and current concerns, the service can identify which blood tests and other lab markers are likely to be most informative. Clients can receive personalized lab test recommendations tailored to their profile and goals. Where appropriate, you can refer clients to partner laboratories or provide guidance on how to get the recommended labs done.
Please note: Specific dollar amounts or pricing for labs or referrals are not mentioned, as these depend on each individual case and the lab provider. The best way to access labs at no out-of-pocket cost is often to ask the client’s primary care provider (PCP) to order tests as medically appropriate. We prefer lab reports in Quest Diagnostics format when available, because they are easy to work with, but we can handle almost all common lab report formats.
